The title of an article is an important part of the entire post because that is the first thing that users see before clicking to read such an article.

It is therefore important to get acquainted with the difference between catchy titles and clickbaits because clickbaited headlines will get rejected on the Opera News Hub.

I would advise you to kindly read it when you are done with this article. This is the article: how to calculate your opera news hub earnings monthly.

There are several Opera News Hub creators today who do not know the difference between a clickbaited title and a catchy title.

At least, everyone is aware that Opera News Hub will reject any article that use a clickbait title. But then, what is a clickbaited title?

To be honest, it can be very confusing to differentiate the difference between a catchy and a clicbaited title.

SEE THESE ARTICLES:

So let’s differentiate them:

Catchy headlines or titles are used to bring the reader in to view of an article. It includes words and thoughts designed to catch someone’s eye and get that person interested in reading what follows the headline.

Clickbait, on the other hand, is used to entice readers to articles and does not have the content that is promised or implied in the title. Clickbait is meant purely to lure the reader in.

Simply put, clickbait deceives the readers into clicking on boring or unrelated content. Most of the time, the promise given in the title is not fulfilled in the content. It is also when a writer asks readers to click on a link for more information.

Whatever you promise in your headline must be delivered to your audience in the content. For instance, if you included the word ‘Photos’ or ‘Video’ in your headline, and in the content, it can’t be found, it would be rejected for clickbait.

The words below are recognised as clickbait, and hence, would be rejected as such:

– Shocking

– Shock

– OMG

– Unbelievable

– TWITTER GOES WILD

– SURPRISE

– Amazing

Also, the phrase ‘Shock you’ would also be automatically rejected.

See the examples below:
