Normally, after you have created an account, it takes a maximum of 24hours for your account to be verified and then you can start publishing.

I want to elaborate on the steps with pictures to help you create an account, kindly follow keenly.

Step 1: Create An Account

To create an account, you need to visit the Opera News Hub.

At the home page, you’ll see the image above, click on the red “Login/SignUp” button to create an account. Next, you’ll see a prompt notification asking you to continue with Facebook, Googlemail or Yahoomail. 

I used my Gmail. You can use anyone you want to use.

Most persons are using Facebook and if I had known, I would have used Facebook because that’s where I got more friends.

After this, you’ll be required to login with your Facebook password.

Then the next page will be your account set-up page.

The first page will require you to confirm your login, just hit the confirm button and proceed to the next page, which is the one in the image below.

Step 2: Account Information

The next step after your hub details is your personal account information, this includes how you get paid.

This is simply your hub information and everything about your blog on Opera news hub.

1. Wemedia Name: This isn’t your personal name, but rather the name you want to give your blog on Opera news hub.
2. Category: This is the category you want to write content about(Politics, Public Safety, Entertainment, Sports, Lifestyle, Relationship and Parenting and so on). You can pick anyone, your content will not be limited to the category you choose.
3. Profile Photo: This is going to be your image. It’s going to appear above every content you’ve written.
4. Description: This is simply a short description of what your hub is all about

You don’t need to make things complicated for yourself.

Just use a simple and attractive username, select any interesting category for your publications on Opera News, upload a very nice picture and comport yourself while writing your biography.

Here, you just need to fill out the form with your real details and enter your Opay number as the means to get paid.

I noticed that some persons always have problem with their Opay account number during registration.

See, your Opay account number is your phone number.

When I was registering for Opera News Hub, I hadn’t had Opay account number.

What I just did was to fill in my phone number as my Opay account number.

After I finished my registration, I then went ahead to create my Opay account number.

Before I forget, like two persons have contacted me about their phone not being compatible with Opay App.

That’s they can’t download it because it’s showing them something like this below:

If you are faced with such challenge, just leave a comment below and I will tell you what to do.

Once everything is successfully filled out, you can then proceed to your account and start publishing content.

While registering, you will be asked for a referral code, below is your referral code. 

For this reason, ensure all the information you’re entering is correct. Don’t make any mistakes with that because if you do, you won’t be able to receive your payment. 

Once the form is filled and submission is confirmed, you will be automatically redirected to your dashboard.

Be aware that your new account might take a few minutes before it is activated.

The reason is that every new account is reviewed by the company before it is fully active.

STEP 3: Open your Opay account

In case you haven’t created your Opay account earlier, the following steps will guide you on how to do that successfully.

Steps to create an Opay account:

1. Go to operapay.com to download the App. It will lead you to play store.
2. Signup with your valid phone number without the first “0”.
3. Verify your account with the code sent to your phone number.
4. Login with your password.
5. Add your personal info as in your ID card.
6. Set up a payment pin(after you have been paid, you will need this pin to do any transaction on your opay)
7. Go to your email and verify your email address.

STEP 4: Link your Opay account to Opera News hub

A man contacted me about not being able to link his Opay account with his Opera Account.

That’s a very easy thing to do.

At this stage, linking your Opay account to Opera news shouldn’t be a problem.

Go to your Opera news hub dashboard and do the following:

Login to your Opera News hub, click Account and scroll down till where you can see CONTACT INFO.

Click OPAYACCOUNT and a page titled Update your Opay account will pop up.

Add your Opay number e.g. (09087913167) to the form and click Update.

Then you’re done!

You have successfully linked your Opay account to your Opera News hub.

So, you can continue publishing important articles and make money on the go.

When you are paid too, just go to your Opay account and your money will be there waiting for you.

You don’t request to be paid, Opera News Hub just pays you when it’s time to make payments.

Step 5: Publish Your First Content

After everything is set-up properly and your account is activated, you can then start to publish content directly from your opera news hub dashboard.

1. Article Title: This is where your article title is displayed. Try as much as possible to use a very catchy title that attracts readers.
2. Content: This is where the main content is written. You can use the H1 and H2 header feature to add headers to your content. Once you’re done scroll down and click the blue publish button.

Now that you have created your account, you have to know some things that you should avoid so that your articles won’t be constantly rejected.

Before you start writing your first post, there are some important tools in the dashboard, which you need to know their functions.

The one numbered as “2” is where you will place the title of your article and the one numbered as “3” is where you will add the body of your content.

1. Click add a title to enter your post title.
2. Click the text area (3) to begin writing your post.
3. You can as well use the H2 in the body of your post to add subheadings to the post.

When you’re done with the content, scroll down to finalize your post.

How to withdraw your earnings on Opera News hub

Like I have said above, you don’t withdraw your earnings for now.

They are paid to your Opay account when payments commence.

Though, with time, you will be able to withdraw your money when you get to a particular threshold at will.

For now, Opera News Hub pays when payments start.

Currently, Opera News Hub starts payment from 12th-30th of each month.

So when your money gets to your Opay account, it is left for you to either transfer the money to your local bank account or leave it on your Opay account.

It’s totally by choice and it’s totally safe and either ways.

Tips To Get Your Content Approve Faster

Like I have rightly said above, opera news hub rejects articles for several reasons you won’t imagine.

Copywrited content will be ban and don’t be tempted to do copy and paste.

• Twitter goes wild
• SURPRISE
