Uniben provides opportunity for student to transfer from one department or faculty to another. This article brings you important things you need to know about Uniben inter university transfer. This aspect of Uniben is not just done casually and randomly, it has processes and steps. see the steps below;

Steps to do Uniben Inter Faculty Transfer

The first thing you need to do is examine yourself and status if you are qualified for the transfer, how do you achieve this? You assess yourself by checking the eligibility standard set by the school.

Eligibility:

Part time students are not allowed to transfer at all, while Full time students are allowed to transfer into all Faculties/Schools. Despite the leverage allowed full time students, however there are certain departments that have limited vacancies for transfer. The departments include Department of Microbiology and Schools of Medicine and Dentistry. Only students who are in 300 Level will be allowed to transfer into the Faculty of Pharmacy, Schools of Medicine and Dentistry into 200 Level.

Students are still advised to visit the Exams and Records (Room 31) and make proper inquiries before making payment.

Uniben Transfer Fee Method of Payment

After taking the above stated steps and you have the conviction that you are eligible to transfer, you can proceed to purchase the transfer form.

The form is to be obtained from the Exams and Records division. A non-refundable application fees of #50,000 (Fifty thousand Naira only) is required.

Method of payment

Applicants are expected to first generate their Remita pin and make payment of #50,000 at Uniben Micro Finance Bank or any other bank in school.

After payment, students are expected to take their tellers to the Bursary (Investment Department), where it will be converted into an official Uniben receipts.

After payment, take your official receipt to Exams and Records (Room 31) to obtain their Application form.

Requirements for submission of the form

Every student applying for the transfer form should make ready the following:

  • Photocopies of O’Level Certificates
  • Red background passport photograph
  • These requirements must be neatly attached to the filled application forms before the final submission to Exams and Records.

Students who are interested in the transfer must endeavour to obtain the form as at when due, fill the submit the form to appropriate office and wait for a response from the school.
